VC's Cup Update #SW13

Man, It rained! The game that kicked off yesterday at 3:45pm had a very messy tinge due to the torrential rain that fell earlier.

After series of goal attempts from both sides, Neyo (Earth Science Dept.) dropped an offside goal. A few minutes later, Defender IK (Earth Science Dept.) flawed in passing to the Goal Keeper. Kelvin (Chemistry) took advantage and dropped in a goal. The First Half ended while Earth Science struggled to reach an equalizer without success.

After a ten-minute break, the Second Half began. All while it lasted, Chemistry played hard on Earth science, with many goal chances.

During one of Chemistry’s goal attempt, there was a foul play by one of the defenders on striker Juwon (Chemistry) which resulted to a free-kick played by Him. The kick had a free dive straight into the net. Another goal!

Earth Science tried all it could to save face and equalize but Her strikers barely had a chance with the ball thereafter.

The Match ended with Chemistry 2 – 0 Earth Science. The very first loss incurred by any team in this year’s tournament.

Watch Out to Today’s Match between Electrical/Electronics VS  Mathematics/Computer Sc. We hope to see star play from the likes of Elvis, Efe and Nathaniel et cetera. It holds by 2pm.

When FUPRE Writes..

Vividly, I could remember how much I desire closeness with the dictionary right from childhood, I could remember how I desired spending a lot of time on my essays, I could remember ‘dictation’ as my very best ‘task’ during those Primary School days, I could remember a whole lot that raised me as a writer.

Many of Us find a place of pleasure in writing. Either we’ve started earlier in life or just recently, we tend to imagine ourselves in the womb while our skinny alien fingers tapping out stanzas on uterine walls. We were actually born to do it, but affected in time of its discovery in Us.

We are working to be articulate as novelists, poets, essayists, cartoonists, typists, debaters, readers, publishers, editorial contributors and graphic artists in order to touch lives positively by the imprints made on paper, keeping readers on edge and track with the reliable and first-hand information dissemination. It is about the way of life and the trend at which we all pursue it.

This is what we are, This is what we do and That is why we are called “FupreWrites®”. Regardless of your status in FUPRE as a student or staff member, a reservation is made available for you to project “Excellence and Relevance” which should be an intrinsic trait in Us to make a better FUPRE.

We are good people having our ideals and values centralized on Neutrality, Honesty and Justice. You could be our fan and principal reader, your patronage, comments and ideas are always of interest. We also want to serve everyone better and glued with our realms of emotions, love and perspectives.

Shall We Begin?

Now This is It! (what is It?) This is the Beginning. One of a new era.

Genuine beginnings actually begin within us, even when they are brought to our attention by external opportunities.

Most things, even the greatest moments on earth have their beginnings in something small. An ‘earthquake’ that would rock a campus..(ehn?) sorry, city.. must begin with a tremor, a tremble, a breath. Even music begins with the slightest vibration.

FupreWrites’ era has begun. An era that would continue into time, when there shall be a legacy. One for excellence.

FupreWrites is not a one-man’s show. It is a T.E.A.M. (Together Everyone Achieves More). FUPRE has Her own stories. And, FupreWrites shall tell them.
